How our billing works

If you pay with credit or debit card, its details will be stored on file. Your credit or debit card on file will be charged automatically to renew your subscription at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If you wish to disable auto charging on your account or to remove your credit or debit card details from our system, please contact us in our support chat or via email.

Refund and cancellation policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, so if you decide to stop using our service within 1 month after the first payment - we will refund you the full amount of your payment.

In order to completely cancel Provide Support Website Traffic Analytics Service, please send an email with a cancellation request to cancel@providesupport.com
Please include your account name in the email message. For verification purposes, please also include your main administrator password you use to log in to the Control Panel at the www.providesupport.com website.
We will process your cancellation request within 2 business days and will reply to your email with a confirmation.
